“Conservation is a state of harmony between men and land.” – Aldo Leopold
On a beautiful day, 166 participants competed in the kayak-cycle-run triathlon along the Conemaugh River at Saltsburg. The winner for the men was David Burkwall with a combined time of 2:06:47, and the winner for the women was Valerie Christoff who came in at 2:25:55. We thank Mike Keltz and family, along with more than 60 volunteers, who made the entire event possible. You can review the entire results by clicking here, and see photos and videos on Facebook.
